The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has released a recruitment notification for 677 posts of Security Assistant (Motor Transport) and Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) (General). The online application process started on October 14, 2023 and will close on November 13, 2023.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Security Assistant (Motor Transport):
- Age: 18-27 years (as on November 13, 2023)
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board
- Driving License: Valid driving license for Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)
- Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) (General):
- Age: 18-25 years (as on November 13, 2023)
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board
How to Apply:
Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) at www.mha.gov.in.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Online Written Test: The online written test will consist of objective type questions on General Knowledge, General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude and Computer Knowledge.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): The PET will consist of the following tests:
- 100 meters race
- 800 meters race
- Long jump
- High jump
- Trade Test (for Security Assistant (Motor Transport) posts only): The trade test will consist of the following tests:
- Driving test
- Mechanical test
